We chose to sit at the counter, which turned out to be the highlight of the evening. Watching our chef, Ryota, prepare each course right in front of us was truly impressive. Despite being quite young, he demonstrated remarkable skill, confidence, and precision. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and the care he put into every dish made the experience even more enjoyable. The Kobe beef was exceptional, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Combined with the excellent service and the unique counter experience, this made for a memorable meal.
