An unforgettable dining experience in Kyoto! We ordered the Chateaubriand course, and it exceeded every expectation. The beef was perfectly cooked, unbelievably tender, and melted in my mouth with every bite. It was rich and flavorful while still feeling incredibly refined without being overly heavy. It was honestly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The chef’s presentation and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Every course was beautifully prepared right in front of your eyes, from the appetizers to the seasonal vegetables and dessert, and everything complemented the Kobe beef perfectly. The service was exceptional throughout the course. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. The elegant atmosphere and beautiful view overlooking the Kamo River made this dinner even more memorable. If you’re looking for an authentic premium Kobe beef experience in Kyoto, I can’t recommend this place enough.
