Standing Ovation Today I finally tasted Kobe beef. Naturally, this is a restaurant that offers top quality in both raw materials and preparation. The latter is a show of haute cuisine. The price is consistent with the quality offered. As an Italian accustomed to excellent products and good cuisine, I was pleased to notice that the Chef also knew our quality meat (Chianina for example). Thanks to the Chef for this experience
