📍神戸牛 吉祥吉 京都本店さんへ🍽✨
贅沢に、神戸牛の鉄板焼きフルコースをいただいてきました🥩🫶
季節の前菜から始まり、
神戸牛ローストビーフやキノコのマリネ、
アイオリソースがとても合う一皿。
温菜は、ミンチとマスカルポーネのパンケーキ、
ビールでじっくり煮込んだ神戸牛はホロッホロで
どれもはじめての味覚でした!
メインの神戸牛ステーキは、
脂っこさがなくて驚くほど軽いのに、
柔らかくて旨みがしっかり。
独自のステーキソースはお出汁がきいてて、
優しいお味でした🤤✨
八代目儀兵衛さんのお米は粒が立ってて
お米が大好きなわたしはおかわりしたかった😆
食後のお茶が辻利さんの緑茶で、最後まで美味しい🍵
背筋がピンっと伸びて、味わいながら食べる空間は素敵でご褒美な時間でした🙂↕️❤️
シェフの方とお話しも出来て、
普段なかなかないからすごい緊張したけど、優しい方でした☺️

Starting with seasonal appetizers,
we had Kobe beef roast beef and marinated mushrooms,

The hot dish consisted of minced meat and mascarpone pancakes,
and the Kobe beef, slowly simmered in beer, was tender and delicious.
