The chef Ryota was very informative and explained how to eat the different parts of the meal. We came only wanting to try the kobi beef but ended up choosing a set meal A which included a beef soup, rice and vegetables and green tea. This made for a much better experience and the beef was fantastic. Wasabi , garlic and salt were added to the plate for you to choose and experiment with. The entire meal and service made for a really amazing experience.
