Went to this 8F restaurant on a weekend night. We didn't have a reservation, but luckily, there were seats for walk-in. The staff were very friendly with good service, and are all quite fluent in English, which was a pleasant surprise. The Kobe beef was really, really good and lived up to our high expectations. It had a good beef flavour with the right amount of fat that melts in your mouth. The vegetables were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The salt that was offered to be paired with the beef was absolutely divine and elevated the beef's flavour. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. This was worth every penny, and this place should be on your bucket list when you visit Japan.
