Excellent craftsmanship by a young chef named Kakeru! Very meticulous in preparing our meals, a rare demonstration of real passion in the art of culinary!! We were also very well taken cared of by Sou, whom had gone more than an extra mile in making sure that we ordered the right food for the evening !
