Excellent experience eating at the counter with Hajime cooking. Not only was the food top notch but we were treated so nicely and enjoyed talking to chef Hajime as he cooked and guided us through the meal. We were lucky to snag a spot at the counter because we arrived early but probably best to get a reservation.
