I had a wonderful experience with the Kobe beef and the overall service. The chef was a cute lady. Since I could not speak Japanese, the chef approached me with proper English. She introduced herself and we had a small chat. It's a pity that I can't remember her name. I guess it is time for me to learn some Japanese so I can remember Japanese names properly.
