I dined here twice, first with my colleagues, and then with my family. The course was fantastic! It came with the best combination of everything we wish for in a course, never leaving a feeling of heaviness. The Kobe beef melted in the mouth, without any hint of oiliness. A beautiful view of the Heian Shrine from the restaurant was also special. The chef was extremely skilled, kind, nice, and spoke good English. It is a place one can feel happy.
