Highly disappointing experience. Whilst the quality of the Kobe beef was excellent, the service was slow and disorganised. The beef was served cold, rice and soup came when we were nearly finishing our beef, and the roast vegetables came out 20 mins after we have finished everything!! It was a complete insult when they offered to waive our sake costing 2200 yen and charged a 10 per ent service charge for a meal costing >100000 yen. Not recommended, and recent google reviews seem to reflect their poor service. We also had a private dining room and you would have thought that the chef should have cooked in front of us as the private dining area has teppanyaki plates
