This is the best Kobe beef restaurant I have ever had Kyoto! The chef is amazing speaks English and gives a story behind all pieces of meat and the vegetables. He is international and prepared our sirloin and other cuts as this was his usual and best way! Last but not least, the Kobe wagyu rice is the best I haver had even when I was in Michelin star restaurants, it was not as good as here! Please try!
