This was one of our favorite experiences in Japan. The wagyu melted in my mouth from the first bite. We walked in off the street and didn’t realize how lucky we were to get seated immediately. They were very welcoming and when the food was served, they explained the best combination of sauces and sides for the first few bites. Nono asked for our preferred doneness and she cooked our food perfectly as we chatted with her.
