Dined April 2025. Upon arrival we were advised we had 1 hour to dine as reservations followed (we had a reservation).We initially ordered glasses of red wine which arrived cold. Not an auspicious start. The chef presented the menu and hovered expecting us to order immediately. When we advised we wished to enjoy the wine and review the menu he departed, to return 5 minutes later for the order. We ordered kobe steak, seafood combo, and vegetables. At best average, with a piece of steak inedible. The service was poor- had to request both water and napkins, with no service follow up. The atmosphere was pretentious and cold, not the 5 star experience we were expecting and paying for. We departed prior to our 1 hour time slot.
