The personnel in the restaurant was very nice however here are the following details for which I gave this rating: 1-We ordered a bottle of champagne from the menu but they had no bottle only per glass so was a bit disappointing start 2-we asked for one whiskey but they came with 2 per person 3-Wine glass was dirty so I asked to change it but the new glass was also dirty. Not a quality you can expect for a high standing restaurant like this 4- we asked for one garlic and one curry rice, they completely forgot what we ordered and came with a normal rice. Then we told them again what we ordered but they came only with the garlic rice and no curry rice. We had to ask again for the curry rice which came after 10 mins. We ate our expensive Kobe meat without the side rice dish. Cherry on the top, champagne bottle was included in the bill and we had to ask the sever to remove it!!! Overall, very disappointing experience which could have been a top notch experience but really have no words and I hope they do much better than what they offered us tonight.
