Such an incredible dining experience - our best meal in Japan. The most amazing Kobe beef cooked in a number of different ways and a really special seating area. Just eight covers sat around the kitchen. Our chefs Koki and Kei were just brilliant - so talented and great conversation. They made the evening all the more special, and we were really impressed by their English!
