This was, without exaggeration, the best steak I’ve ever had. Perfectly seared and unbelievably tender, it melted in my mouth with a richness that almost didn’t feel real. Watching it prepared was mesmerising, and the entire experience felt less like a meal and more like a performance I won’t forget.
