As I gaze upon the city view of the great historical Kyoto, I delight myself with the great delicacies of the wonderous farms of Kobe. The rich, yet delicate beef I was served was like none I've had before. The addition of classical music and the dimmed lights all combined with the artistry of the chef, Masa, made my day. The quick and precise service from Sou left me worriless tonight. The curry had such intense explosions of curry and spices in my mouth. The Kobe beef soup had left me warm and cozy like I was at home again. The wasabi was top notch and had left me with new endeavors for wasabi. The soy sauce was also quality which not only enhanced the steak but also had quite an attractive appeal. The chef has also given me and my family quite the show as he lit fire in front of us and maneuvered the meats in such an exquisite manor. Thank you for this irreplaceable experience which I will treasure for days to come.
