A great and traditional experience. The restaurant just opened 4 months ago, every detail is very curated and the quality of food is great. Chefs and sous-chefs are super friendly and professional, service is client oriented. The meat was amazing. I really recommend a dinner here if you are in Kyoto (remember to reserve your spot as just a few of them are available)
