We made a reservation for three people well in advance, however when we showed up they seemed unprepared for us. When we sat down they informed us that there wasn’t enough food for entire meal course that we had chosen, and asked us to order à la cart instead. We had been really looking forward to this course, so that was already a downer. They forgot our waters and wet hand towels at the beginning of the meal, and only brought them out at the end when I asked. The food was very delicious, and the staff were polite, but for 31,000 yen we left slightly disappointed.
