I ordered the Prime Kobe beef Chateaubriand (110g) along with the B set. I also got the Nigorizake sake and the barley Shochu (of the two, I would definitely get the sake again). The Good: Came here on a recommendation. Staff was extremely polite and was seated promptly. Steak was phenomenal. Would recommend for a date spot. The atmosphere was delightful, and the river view made the restaurant seem larger. Was able to chat with the couple(s) seated next to me. The Bad: Due to a mixup, I was asked to move mid meal to the opposite side of the restaurant. This changed my chef as there were two working at the time I visited. The new chef who was preparing my meal was nice but seemed inexperienced. Notably, she seemed to have difficulty cutting the steak and handling the items on the grill compared to the male chef (overall, she seemed very stiff). Additionally, the steak I ordered was not weighed in front of me, which I understood was customary at this type of establishment. Overall, it was a good experience, but it should have been better for the price. (Just calling out, the waitstaff were 10/10)
