OK so I was ready to have my socks blown off with the reviews and the look of this menu. We went for the 7 dish (looking back now it says 'dish' not course which is important) menu with upgraded marble kobe beef for £75 (13750 yen) each, drinks not included. The food was absolutely excellent. The beef was incredible, tender and presented in many different and delcious ways. I can't fault the cooking. They also were very accommodating of our one year old and provided a high chair which is not common for teppanyaki. Now here comes the but. From what i can work out one dish (of the seven) was plain rice (which you could upgrade for 1000 yen). The other was a few vegetables served on the same plate as the 80g beef 'dish'. The dessert was only ok. For the amount you pay, it just seems disingenuous to write you get 7 'dishes' - just be honest and write 5. Also the service was poor for what is expected for this price. We had to pour our own wine etc. Overall I would say this restaurant had great food but I left with a bitter taste in my mouth due to the price, service and dishes expected. I would not return.
